Our approach
First we map what data is exchanged between which systems. Then we build the right integration.
We analyse what data is exchanged between your shop and your systems, in which direction and how often.
We define the technical architecture: direct API, middleware or an existing plugin. We choose what best fits the situation.
We build the integration and test it with real data in a staging environment. We verify every data flow and error scenario.
We activate the integration in production and monitor operation during the first weeks.
An integration starts with the question of which data needs to go where, and which system is the source of truth. That sounds obvious, but it’s where most integrations go wrong: when two systems both think they control the stock, you get discrepancies nobody can explain.
We therefore start with an inventory of the data flows and the API capabilities on both sides. Then we build and test the integration in a staging environment, with real data but without consequences. Only when everything checks out does it go live.
After delivery, an integration still needs attention, because the software on the other side changes too. That’s why we include integrations in maintenance and monitor whether they keep running.
